N3JLPT study is challenging but if you start early, apply yourself every day, we suggest at least four hours a day, mix up, kanji for an hour, vocabulary for an hour, reading for an hour and listening for an hour with a summary where you type the new words and what you learnt in Japanese on a blog. You need this amount of time & you need the daily discipline, it is nothing like your native language, so don't try to compare it it is a separate entity that needs love, care & daily attention like a girlfriend, partner or spouse, neglect it and you pay the price.
Today, Grade 5 level Kanji , Shape & meaning video, again to get your brain use to kanji, watch the video over and over but have a purpose, view 1 watch and wonder, view 2, watch and consider, view three watch and take note what you know, what you dont know, view four, write down hard ones, view five, write the kanji down you cant remember, view six, write what you can remember. And so on, and so on, you have to have a purpose when you watch a video, make sure you are 100 % clear before you start so you get the best out of it otherwise you will just waste time, no good for anyone.
